Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel

I booked a runway view room and enjoyed some down time just watching the airport activities. Had 2 great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. The staff were in all cases friendly and helpful. Must also recommend The Pheasant pub nearby for great food (and very generous servings) and drink.

Good location for catching an early morning flight etc. It’s takes around 10-15 minutes to airport . Hotel has a bus which runs every 15 minutes and cost £6. Very easy.

No fuss bus from airport to hotel doorstep. The room and facilities were excellent. enjoyed the buffet breakfast the chef cooking fresh omelettes and fresh fried eggs and all the other breakfast items.

Location was great! We got a room facing the airport and we could see planes landing and taking off. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade but the room was quite a distance from the elevator. As my husband can't walk that far, they moved us to a room closer to the elevator. Very good breakfast spread. The hotel has a very good restaurant and a bar. Good size room and bed was extremely comfy. They also gave us a late check-out till 1pm FOC. The shuttle bus took us directly to our terminal.
