The staff were very friendly. Syed was very efficient when dealing with my booking and checking in. There was also a lovely young lady who served us at the bar with drinks and a meal, I didn't catch her name but she was friendly and the service was very good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are good facilities to make tea and coffee in the room and also a fridge. The shower was excellent and shower gel and hand soap provided. There is very little noise from the airport / planes etc considering how close the hotel is in proximity. A very pleasant stay.

The Renaissance Hotel Heathrow is a brilliant place to stay if you need to relax between long flights. Three things about the place are truly outstanding: (1) the comfiness of the king-sized beds, (2) the showers with perfect water pressure and temp control, (3) the professional courtesy and friendliness of the staff. You'll love it there! Also: 16 £ for a breakfast buffet for gourmets and guilt-free hedonists to splurge. Get in.

I booked a runway view room and enjoyed some down time just watching the airport activities. Had 2 great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. The staff were in all cases friendly and helpful. Must also recommend The Pheasant pub nearby for great food (and very generous servings) and drink.

Location, well designed stylish clean room and bed, good sound isolation. And as usual unbelievably amazing breakfast!!! Second time staying in this hotel - it's really very comfortable staying in all aspects - well done ✔️ recommended!
